Dear Guest,
Hopefully, this letter finds you all well and your holidays were full of happy and healthy times spent with family and friends. We had a blessed Christmas and New Year. We certainly have been busy at the motel this winter remodeling rooms and getting ready for the 2012 season. We have finished all of the C and D type rooms on the Mystic Sea Building and have even created a two room unit in the Mystic Sea Building. This room has one queen bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the other. The room also has two full bathrooms and a kitchen. We have had several requests for this type of room for larger families and we are glad that we are finally able to accommodate this request
We have tried to simplify and condense our rate schedule to make it easier to read. The schedule includes: all Ocean Front and Side rooms in the Mystic Sea Building, all rooms in the Charleston House across the street, The Courtyard and Apache Condos as well as the two 3 bedroom houses we rent.
To get full advantage of our rates, please mention all discounts that apply when reserving your room. For example: an Ocean Front room with two queen beds, a microwave and a refrigerator is $114.00 per night in the peak period of July. If you book this room as a previous guest(10% Discount) before February 28th(5% Discount) and check in on a Sunday and leave on a Friday(10% Discount), this room would be only $85.50 per night. $114.00 -10% Repeat Customer Disc., -10% Sunday thru Friday Disc., -5% Early Booking Disc. leaves you with an amazing $85.50 per night on an Ocean Front room in the peak of the Myrtle Beach season. The percent of Savings is the same for all rooms, condos and houses.
